Regulatory information
Privacy policy
This page explains what www.opsylen.com collects about its visitors, why it is collected and what rights you have. It does not cover product data processed by KaraK for its clients: that data is governed by contract, hosted in France and processed exclusively in Europe.
This translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Data controller
OPSYLEN (SASU, Nîmes Trade and Companies Register 990 062 572), 464 chemin de la Cabanette, 30126 Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres, France — contact@opsylen.com.
What is collected, and why
Contact requests. When you use the contact form or email us, we process your identity, professional contact details and the content of your message solely to respond and follow up the exchange. The legal bases are pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest. The form is routed through our own automation tool, hosted in France, directly to our email system. These exchanges are retained for no more than three years after the last contact.
Audience measurement. The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed, with IP addresses anonymised. This tool sets cookies and may transfer data outside the European Union under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can block this measurement through your browser’s cookie settings or the opt-out tool provided by Google.
No data is sold or transferred. The only technical recipients are our hosting provider, OVH in France, and Google for audience measurement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise them, email contact@opsylen.com. We will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Updates
Last updated: July 2026. This policy will change if the website’s processing activities change — for example, if an appointment booking tool is added.
